James Griffiths

Is the founder of both CrossFit M40 and Wild Training Gym. He has over 15 year experience in coaching, personal training and is the one who creates all the programming for our classes for CrossFit M40 & Wild Training Gym.

Paul Jones

Iron man, tough mudders - nothing is off limits for Paul. Taking his clients through any goal from new starters looking to get fit or if you are signed up to or thinking about any events, Paul will be able to help you no matter your starting point.

Melissa Cassar

Our aerialist and movement coach. She teaches our Aerial Silks classes and runs all our beginner and improver courses. Melissa also specialises in female shaping & has regained her fitness within a year of having a baby.

Kurt Hicks

Olympic lifter, CrossFit, Fight, General Fitness, Kurt does it all. He has the capacity to coach all abilities across all styles of training due to his experience. If you are in need of that extra help when it comes to nutrition, Kurt can help you.

Bhopinder Sanghera

An avid CrossFit events athlete, Bho runs our events training sessions at CrossFit M40 which are geared towards skills & fitness required by competitions. Learn from his experience for your next event or for your general fitness.
